After bleeding line, the carcass is automatically fed to the automatic power & free stop and go De-Hiding & Evisceration overhead conveyor where the carcass goes through the De-Hiding process and immediately the red and white organs are taken out of the carcass .
The overhead conveyor is consisted of:
Electric drive unit including driven bends, for a variable track speed, complete with programmable PLC.
-45 meters of galvanized steel drive rail complete with hardened and galvanized steel chain and 85 set of trolleys.
-45 meters of galvanized steel bi-rail including 20 bleeding shackles
Complete set of stainless steel .suspension material for mounting the overhead conveyor from the steel structure.
