Killing & De-Feathering overhead conveyor is designed for poultry processing with trolleys and shackles at 152 millimeter centers, and depending on process capacity the overall length will be determined.
In general, the overhead conveyor is consisted of :
– Single or multiple drive unit including driven bends, and invertor
for a variable track speed.
– Switch box for protection against overload.
– Track tensioning device with 180º bend
– Horizontal bends of 90º.
– Horizontal bends of 180º.
– Vertical bends (up/down)
– Hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel T track
– Galvanized calibrated hardened steel chain
– Stainless steel connection chain
– Complete trolley assemblies with plastic wheels+ stainless steel balls
– Stainless steel de-feathering shackles
– Stainless steel drop rods and chain link
– Hanging area and evisceration shackle guiding rod
– Complete set of hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel suspension
material for mounting the overhead conveyor from the steel structure.
Installed power will vary from 1.1 to 4.5 kilo watt depending on overall length.
