Upon completion of the slaughtering process and the transfer of the carcass by the elevator, an automated and efficient system takes over. The carcass is seamlessly conveyed to the automatic power & free stop-and-go bleeding overhead conveyor, where it is given ample time to drain the total blood.
The bleeding overhead conveyor comprises the following key components:
Electric drive unit, equipped with driven bends, allowing for a variable track speed. The entire unit is supported by a programmable PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for precise control and operation.
- A length of 30 meters, featuring a complete set of stainless steel drive rail. This rail system is designed with hardened and galvanized steel chain, working in conjunction with 85 sets of trolleys to ensure smooth and reliable movement of the carcasses.
- An additional 30 meters of galvanized steel bi-rail, which accommodates 15 bleeding shackles. These shackles play a vital role in securing the carcasses during the bleeding process, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Finally, a comprehensive set of stainless steel suspension materials is provided for mounting the overhead conveyor securely from the steel structure.
With this advanced and meticulously designed bleeding overhead conveyor system, our slaughterhouse complex ensures optimal blood drainage, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and operational efficiency.
