The head remover is made from stainless steel and can be installed at any place after de feathering. A suspension frame is made of  stainless steel and can be suspended from the overhead conveyor.

Head remover is supplied in different models to suit process capacity.

For low capacities a simple mechanical model is suggested, where as for higher capacities a powered model is supplied, which removes the head without any force imposed on the overhead conveyor. The powered model is driven by a 0.75 Kw electric motor.

The head pullers can be adjusted with ease to the height of the bird.
