Consisting of two stainless steel made plucker boxes. Each box is housing two banks of  plucking discs,  8 discs for A8 or P8 and 16 discs for A16 models. Each disc is provided with 10 plucking fingers. These fingers can be replaced without dismantling of the discs, which are interchangeable.

The plucker is easily accessible for maintenance and is suitable for different kinds of poultry. The product is positioned inside the plucker by means of a shackle guiding, which prevents products from falling out of the shackles.  Supply including feather discharge flaps and water spray all alongside the machine.

Installed power for A8 and P8 models is 4*2.2 Kw, and 8 x 2.2 Kw for A16 type.

Water consumption is 0.5-1.5 m3 / hr.
